In Givat Ze’ev, a city Noth of Jerusalem, a residential compound of 140 apartments  is the second built phase of an overall plan of a new neighborhood of 1250  dwelling units , public, commercial buildings and a variety of public open spaces.  Stretching along a ridge, the 140 apartments are built in four 10 story buildings aligning a pedestrian promenade designed for play and relaxation. All apartments include terraces and balconies facing the open view to the Judean hilltops.
