In the historic German Colony, adjacent to the Railway Track City Park, four non-contextual 1960s buildings are being replaced by a new residential compound. The project comprises four six-story buildings with 150 apartments, organized around small courtyards and pedestrian passageways that reconnect the neighborhood with the park.

All buildings include commercial storefronts that activate the park edge, while apartments feature sun balconies with views of green spaces. The design draws inspiration from traditional detailing, materials, and colors, weaving historical character with modern living.
