Tur Sinai St. Compound, Kiryat Hayovel, Jerusalem

Situated on Jerusalem’s western edge overlooking Ein Karem village, the Tour Saini Compound will replace 51 apartments in four low-cost row buildings with approximately 270 new apartments in three 23-story buildings, along with a plot for a small civic structure.

The design transforms site limitations into opportunity: a large open-air roofed parking platform doubles as a public pedestrian piazza, linking the new building entrances and neighboring structures. The two main towers, set on open pilotis, frame panoramic views toward the Judean hills.

The architectural expression employs a stone-and-glass double-skin façade, balancing Jerusalem’s traditional aesthetic with a contemporary high-rise identity.
