As part of a national urban renewal project, this development is located in the heart of Talbiye, a prestigious historic neighborhood built in the early 20th century with large eclectic-style mansions. Here, a deteriorating seven-unit apartment building will be replaced by a new five-story residential building with 15 apartments, taking advantage of the sloped street to provide gardens, generous balconies, and roof terraces.

The design carefully reinterprets traditional motifs such as balconies, wrought iron detailing, sun screens, and a copper roof, blending harmoniously with the neighborhood’s character while offering a modern living environment within a historic context.
