The 600 m2 house is located in the prestige neighborhood of Kefar Shmaryahu. The building is spread along a narrow and long site and the organization of the plan emphasizes the distinction between its private and public spaces. The treatment of the elevations uses simple geometry, which together with its openings resembles the International Style adopted by many rural villages along Israel’s coast line. The massing with a central patio enables the functioning of the building as one large house, or as two independent dwelling units.
