This new three floor town house, including a gallery and a studio for an artist, is built attached to an existing building. The two East and West long side unfenestrated elevations are blank walls. Echoing one of Jerusalem’s traditional architectural elements, hung metal and glass balconies on north and south end elevations are used to admit light into the building’s interior.
