This housing cluster with approximately 550 apartments, composed of 16 buildings, 8 to 12 floors each, is part of a new neighborhood in south Netanya, close to Ramat Poleg Nature Reserve. The design creates a sense of community yet retaining the privacy of the apartments in a high rise building. The buildings are arranged around a central square forming a common area of shared facilities. Living rooms and balconies look out to the open sea view.
