In the dunes of Rishon, a building carrying an important role in the general plan of the neighborhood, is designed as a ”Key Stone” of the central public square at the end of the main pedestrian path. The sixty apartments, each with a private terrace, are built above a commercial storefront and an underground parking garage, and overlook the central square.
