The park, located in the Kidron basin in the seam between East and West Jerusalem offers a comfortable rest and play area for the neighboring Jewish and Arab communities. The park designed in two levels, integrates street activities in a promenade overlooking playgrounds, set in the natural vegetation of the Kidron valley.

The design uses local motifs such as water fountains, sitting areas shaded by vines and a pebble paved drain channeling the water.
