The proposed mixed-use commercial and residential development is located in the heart of Jerusalem’s historic center. The site enjoys a proximity to Jerusalem’s Municipality and the Russian Compound, designated for revitalization through the preservation of its historical buildings and the construction of the new Bezalel campus. With the integration of cultural, commercial and tourism functions into renovated buildings, the compound will be the center for Jerusalem’s public activities. The project respects Jerusalem’s traditional architecture along Queen Heleni Street. It proposes a variety of some 20 luxurious apartments and penthouses, supported by high standard boutiques and galleries on the ground floor, which together create a complex of 3,400 m2.
