On Mount Scopus Road, the outer part of the historical north entrance to the Jerusalem, in the heart of Jerusalem’s, a 9,000 m2 site overlooking the Old City is designed as a major new link strengthening  a strip of  tourist facilities, education, civic, cultural and international  institutions. The existing historical building defines the entrance, an interior naturally lit linear atrium connects the low slab of the cultural  center with three vertical slabs with 500 hotel rooms, all facing the Old City.
